Our 2015 Ford Taurus broke down us three hours from home and had to be towed. We were minutes away from Parks Ford in Hendersonville, NC so that’s where we went for the repairs. Kolby, our service writer, was very helpful and communicated with us each step of the way. Got us in quickly and found the problem and fixed our car in one day. And he made special arrangements that allowed us to pick up the car after hours. He made the situation of an out of town break down a lot less stressful. Thanks Kolby!

Happy with the service person I worked with. But the price is had to play to just have them tell me what's wrong with my truck was I thought was very high. 1413.00 to tell me I needed a new engine. Then 17k for a new engine. Just my opinion. Not happy.
Lied to customer in service department. Was told I put DEF in fuel tank. I argued and told them no way. After insurance verified from drawing a sample of fluid. They found it was excess water in fuel, not Def. Charged me approximately $14,000 for repair. This tells me that this service department can not be trusted for their service department. Since I have traded the truck for a 2500 duramax chevy.
We purchased a car at a dealership who didn't specialize in repair of Ford Explorers but provided a warranty. We contacted Parks Ford and they immediately accepted the repair request. Due to hold ups with the warranty company, repair took a little extra time but the communication with Clay, the service manager there, was amazing! I bought this vehicle 7 years ago and they have done all service and maintenance in a reasonable time and have had no issues.
I've had only great experiences here! The service folks are honest about the time it might take and are always friendly. I had Clay last time and he did a great job!

The service department does a great and timely job for the routine car care, the one time they did mess up they made it right as soon as they could and were upfront and honest about the whole process. They are also pretty affordable as far as pricing goes considering how much is done for the price. They also are great as far as explaining what’s being done and why and double checking that what you want is what you need.

Nothing special about Parks Ford, it’s just your run of the mill dealership. The quick lane service department is reasonably priced, but often needs to be reminded of the task at hand.
