Service Dept doesn't return calls. Doesn't discuss charges in advance. I was on the phone with them before the car had to be towed over and they didn't mention a charge. Called after it arrived. I had a recall done, that was fine. But they suggested other stuff , that needed done. The work was done, after the technician made a mistake in accomplishing the job. I had to wait an extra day. They also said I needed tires, rotating the tires was part of the process, but not done. Now I've got to go to another dealer to have tires installed.

SCOTT was very personal.. they took r he vehicle in and ran a diagnostic test on my car. I was there for a recall. They found other issues that needed addressed. Which should've been done by 4:00. Work accomplished...but the technician broke a part that needed replaced. ( he didn't tell the service advisor) . Upon picking up the car I was informed of the problem. I was livid, that the problem wasn't fixed. Scott saw to it I had transportation for the day. The technician should be reprimanded. Over all the experience was good. I will come back ...

Very disappointed honestly, when my truck binds there is a popping noise in the rear end. Either a strut or a shock. I’ve been through the whole “we didn’t hear anything” and I got to hear that once again. Luckily I had a video of it so I sent that. Still can’t find nothing. Was told it was my tire noise. I’ve owned a bunch of mud tires and they all sound the same. My truck literally made the noise before I left the parking lot from picking it up after nobody could hear anything. Very ...

I called for an appointment for “The Works” service at Quick Lane and was in and out in very quickly. Service representatives are very friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable. I use them for all the time for my scheduled service needs.

Very deceptive sales tactics. Their written offer is full of hidden fees. NC law mandates that a dealer can not charge any fees (not required by law) related to the sale or lease of a motor vehicle unless those fees (including amount) are conspicuously listed in the dealership and are disclosed (including amounts) "whenever the dealer engages in the price advertising of vehicles." Not being able to find a disclosure of the amounts of any fees on their website or AutoTrader, I was unpleasantly surprised when the written offer was chalked full of hidden fees. Not to mention ...

They seemed reliable, I just had a oil change not much to that , it was quick bc there was no other customer there . I’ve went when they are busy and it takes a while so you want to leave your car and come back not wait on it there. Warranty is the only reason I don’t change my own oil in this vehicle.

Went for an Oil change and service was great. Got me right in. They could of uses a floor protector, a little oil on rubber mat but came off easy.

I would like to suggest that you correct your website because I scheduled my appointment on there and when I arrived they said they don't know anything about online appointments and that I should have called. Fortunately they were still able to fit me in that day, but you really need to fix that.
