Busy time but handled beautifully. A Saturday morning rush began before 8am. I was 9 th in line at 8. 1 1/2 hour wait so I was picked up by a friend. They called to let me know it was done- no need to hurry to pick it up. Car was ready, paperwork set. I was out the door in 5 minutes

I was not planning on buying a new car when I pulled into the lot to "look". BJ Thompson appeared immediately after I got out of the car to "look" into the explorers for the seat combination I wanted. He was very informative about the various features of each car on the lot. He was very helpful without being pushy. I am a tough customer in that I want something for nothing and he was very patient and kind. Thanks BJ-I love the my new explorer!

Went for an Oil change and service was great. Got me right in. They could of uses a floor protector, a little oil on rubber mat but came off easy.

I had excellent service and was especially impressed by the mechanic and by Adam who went extra lengths to take care of my car. I would like to suggest that you correct your website because I scheduled my appointment on there and when I arrived they said they don't know anything about online appointments and that I should have called. Fortunately they were still able to fit me in that day, but you really need to fix that.

The service department persevered regarding an optional item I wanted to install on my 2020 Ranger, i.e., a door keypad,,,,after three tries, Jonathan Lexow and a tech matched the right part to the vehicle and it works.

This was the first time that I purchased a car at Four Seasons Ford. Prior to that it had always been at Asheville Ford. But I have no regrets over the change. I find the staff at Foour Seasons professional knowledgable, helpful, and proficient.
The wait was 2 hours, but well worth it. There are fast food facilities within a 5-10 minute walk. The service attendants were friendly and very Ford savvy, and answered all my questions. This was my first F-150 service since buying it new from Four Season’s Ford.

I made an appointment online and even though they were very busy, I was in and out for my oil change in under an hour. While they tried to follow the safety guidelines for the pandemic, there were customers who walked in without wearing masks. I read the sign on the door about medical conditions causing someone to not be able to wear a mask, but what I've learned is that this is mental fear because people can breathe with the mask on. Our salesman, Evan Orr, was very laid back and easy going. He only showed us vehicles that matched our “want” criteria and didn’t waste our time with others. He was not pushy at all. All in all it was a good experience.

The entire purchase experience was enjoyable and we experienced excellent customer service especially with Chris, our salesperson. We went to the dealership to just look at vehicles since we needed a car that offered better gas mileage as well as a smaller vehicle. We ended up leaving with a brand new EcoSport and it fits what we needed perfectly. We're looking forward to driving it on an upcoming trip.
