This includes not only the Blind Spot Information System with Trailer Coverage for both conventional and 5th wheel/gooseneck rigs, but features like Pro Trailer Backup Assist, which allows drivers the opportunity to reverse with the turn of a knob, avoiding jackknifing and obstacles.

Dynamic Hitch Assist provides guidelines on the infotainment touchscreen to help line up with the hitch, but if you’re driving solo, you might consider the Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, which guides the rear hitch to a conventional trailer coupler. Ford’s available Smart Trailer Tow Monitoring technology will alert drivers to battery, brake, or signal light issues with your trailer.
